Full-time or part-time arrangements are available, with the ability to tailor the role to what suits you best. You will have flexibility in managing your own schedule, with administration support also provided.

Our speech pathologist role offers the opportunity to supervise an early years speech pathologist, with ongoing support from senior therapists to refine and grow your supervision practice.
We are a small, supportive team and collaborate regularly, in-person and virtually. Weekly team meetings and supervision provided. In addition to this we have quarterly team learning days that involve a combination of external presenters and inhouse training opportunities.
We recognise formal professional development as essential to staff growth and offer an individual training allowance of $1000+ (FTE), with professional development completed within paid work hours.
Community based role, working with children and families in their natural environments (e.g. home, education settings). A travel allowance is provided.
You will have access to the relevant assessment and therapy resources.
We provide both assessments and therapy to children and their families, predominantly in the early years (0-9) however also currently servicing clients up to the age of 18.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS
AHPRA registration (for OT applicants)
SPA membership (for SP applicants)
Department for Human Services Working with Children Check (or willingness to apply)
Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect certificate (or willingness to complete)
Driver’s license with your own vehicle
